Our Winner for 2023 Shilpi is from Durg (CG). Her Nomination is received from Mrs. Maitree Mathur Ret. District and Session Judge who has dedicated her life to nurture and educate the children and young adults in her ‘Naki Ke Pathshala’. Her residence is the now a small oasis of love, laughter, sharing and caring.
